Kura Home visits your home once a quarter and completes every home maintenance task needed to ensure your home is safe and running efficiently. 

How It Works

FREE CONSULTATION

Routine Home Maintenance begins with a free consultation from a certified home inspector. Together, we’ll walk through your home and develop a list of tasks specifc to your home’s needs.

CUSTOMIZED TASKS

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a customized list of tasks recommended to care for your home, and a report on where your home could use the most attention. The recommended tasks you choose are completely up to you.

ONGOING CARE AND COMMUNICATION

A Kura Home Technician will visit your home quarterly to perform selected maintenance tasks, and leave you with a written summary of services completed.

Kitchen Maintenance:

  • Vacuum & clean refrigerator coils & compressors
  • Change refrigerator filters
  • Clean & sharpen garbage disposals
  • Clean & maintain drains
  • Degrease & clean vent hoods
  • Clean dishwasher filters
  • Clean & seal granite/marble counter tops

Bathroom & Laundry Maintenance:

  • Clean exterior dryer vents
  • Clean interior dryers
  • Clean washing machine filters
  • Clean drains
  • Clean bathroom fans

Utility Room Maintenance:

  • Supply and install salt for water softeners
  • Supply & change furnace filters
  • Supply & change humidifier filters
  • Inspect & test sump pumps
  • Drain sediment from water heaters
  • Clean & maintain air exchangers
  • Clean air exchanger intakes/outtakes

Throughout the Home:

  • Air duct cleaning
  • Replace interior lights where needed
  • Maintain smoke detectors

Outside Your Home:

  • Examine structure & report damage
  • Winterize & clean A/C units
  • Clean A/C units
  • Examine roofs & chimneys, caulk as needed
  • Grease and oil garage doors
